Code refactoring after library change

After a change to the library mapping of a module, it would be nice to refactor the code to update the library mapping.

Hi Vitaliy,
Thanks for your suggestion. We figured nobody would care about this feature, so we left it on the shelve until now. Noted as ticket:1445.
