Feature Request: VHDL-2008 add support for std.env package

In VHDL-2008 there is a new std package called env which support procedures for controlling the simulation like stop and start.

We're working with IEEE to get permission to bundle those new packages. Please expect this in one of the upcoming releases.

If you follow the guidelines for adding the altera_mf library to your project you can do the same with the std library from your synthesis tool or simulator vendor. You can find the instructions here.
