Feature Request: VHDL-2008 "to_string" operations are predefined for all scalar types

Hello,

the to_string operations are predefined for all scalar types and for bit_vector types.

According to the designer's guid to_bstring, to_ostring, to_hstring are also predefined for bit_vector types.
