Initial feedback, validation error

Hi,
when trying to send the initial feedback form I get following error:

"Validation error, please try again. If this error persists, please contact the site administrator."

I would of course have contacted the mentioned site administrator, if there would have been contact information!
Or I would have corrected failing feedback items, if there would have been a suggestion where the error occurred.

What can I do to get my feedback transmitted.

Hi Josef,

I can not reproduce this problem. Logging in out and back in, resets all session information. So this will probably fix the issue.

If this still does not work for you, contact us (Company > Contact), and I will send you your new key by mail.

Hello,
I finally managed to send the initial feedback form after logging out an logging in again.
I did not try this before, because I did not want to lose typed info.
