Sigasi 2.0: create missing signal declaration from Sigasi 1.0

Hello,

in Sigasi 1.0 it was possible to generate a signal declaration for missing signal. This feature seems to be missing in 2.0 and I would be very happy to have this feature also in Sigasi 2.0.
