Where did all the features from 1.0 go?

Hi,
What happened to all the features from 1.0 like auto-signal declaration, auto port adding, todo list …? I really loved them?
And btw. "mark occurences" doesn't work for some strange reason (all ticked correctly under general->editor->..).
