VHDL Rename in Sigasi HDT 2.0

As announced in the latest release notes, Sigasi HDT 2.0 now offers a renewed Rename Refactoring.

Renaming VHDL objects is now even easier. In addition to the HDT 1.0 approach with a rename dialog and rename preview dialog, HDT 2.0 now offers inline rename.
